Didn't have to wait long for the proposal package to come from SCSDC. It arrived overnight! Having grabbed for this brass ring once before, I've already met the project manager, Rebecca Britton, and knew she'd be right on top of it. What a pleasant and helpful gal.
In the meantime I'm working out physical pick-up and delivery needs and trying to determine IF the fiberglass snake form will fit in my car, or if I really will have to rent an SUV as was suggested might be the case. No doubt that the gals at women-owned and operated Cowpainters who created the fiberglass snake form and will have an answer for me.
Additionally, because there is a contract and copyright assignment, I'm getting verification that it won't be a breach if I publish photos of the process and reveal my sponsor here on the blog.
Pick-up dates for the fiberglass form will March 7th and 8th, which allows a comfortable window to work out the bugs. Here's the schedule of events for the project.
