Colorless Green Ideas Sleep Furiously
How geeky can you get?
The face is that of my son. The title was borrowed from a passage written by Noam Chomsky of the MIT Linguistics Department to demonstrate that a sentence can be grammatically and syntactically correct and at the same time be semantically absurd. This bust and assemblage followed in response, to illustrate how an absurd dream state might manifest itself. The dark inclusions are closeted thoughts, and the lights strobe furiously to simulate the sleeping brain as it tries to sort them out. |
